- Can I try on Dresses?
You can make an appointment to see our designs hanging on our rack in the Design Shed at Warners Bay. If there are any particular designs you have seen through our advertising please let us know when you call to make your appointment.
- Do I need an Appointment?
Yes, you will need an appointment so that you have adequate time with the designer to go through what suits each persons style and figure.
- Does a Consultation Cost?
No. Consultations are obligation free.
- How do I organise a Veil?
We can design and quote for a veil to suit your gown at the second last apointment as the dress is in it's final stages. Or you can bring along your own veil to check at this second last appointment.
- How far in Advance should I book in my Dress?
Roughly 4-6 months in advance. Although during peak wedding season (August - April) it is our busiest time of year. We have previously been booked out up to 10 months in advance, so we encourage people to book in as soon as they can.
- How long will it take to make my Dress?
The average is 4- 6 months depending on the time of year.
- How many Fittings will I need?
The full couture service brings the design to life in 5-6 fittings drafted from your body from scratch and each stage taking you closer to the finished product. The Demi-couture service needs 3 appointments and is started from our pre made pattern blocks graded closely to your figure and then is fitted to you and finished for collection.
- Once Designed, how do we secure the Booking?
A 10% deposit secures your booking and a contract agreed upon.

- What if I am planning to lose Weight before the wedding?
It is required to let us know if you plan to change any diet or exercise reigemes in any way, and we will discuss this individually with each client.
